Remote trouble-shoot Crestron devices (TPMC-V15 touch panel) and (CEN-GWEXER Ethernet Control Module) unable to connect to Creston Pro2 console.

Help put the above 2 Crestron devices back to online.

- we replaced a failed Crestron Pro2 console (firmware 3.155.1240) with another Pro2 console (firmware 4.008.0008)

- existing Creston devices didn't respond and Pro2 console can't manage the above Creston devices

- IP Scan found the 2 Crestron devices (using advanced IP Scanner)

- Crestron toolbox: network device tree view shown the above 2 Creston devices were offline
