I am looking for an experienced developer to create an e-commerce marketplace specifically for physical products. Here are the requirements:

* Shopping Cart: Users should have the ability to add items to a shopping cart.

* Product Reviews and Ratings: The marketplace should include a system for customers to leave product reviews and ratings.

* Return or Exchange Procedure: The platform needs to include a straightforward return or exchange procedure for customers.

* Vendors Self Onboarding: There should also be an easy, step-by-step process for new vendors to register and start selling their products.

The ideal freelancer for this project would have previous experience designing and implementing e-commerce marketplaces. In-depth knowledge about shopping cart integration, product reviews and rating system, return/exchange procedures, and vendor self-onboarding is needed.
