I am in need of an assistant who can help me find qualified people to work for me. I am usually busy and also the time differences between where I am located and where my workers are located makes communication difficult unless I stay up until late at night which I am trying not to do as often now. I need a person who wants to learn about the various different aspects of web site creations / programming (not learn how to do the jobs, just learn how to talk with people about the jobs). I am hoping to develop a working relationship with this person so they can post projects for me and screen applicants so as to keep me with the best possible workers at all times.
-- For payment.. this is not exactly a normal type of job as it doesn't require your full time as you just basically talk with people as they are online, for this reason I don't think that paying by the hour would be a good way to do this.. What I am willing to do is have you work for me for a few days (please bid on how much you will charge per day) -- I am not looking to spend much per day.. at least not to start out with, my ideal applicant would be someone who does not have any technical knowledge and is looking to get a start in learning about these applications by doing work
-- I can assure you this will be much better work than if you were doing a manual data entry job.
