Data miners needed

I am looking for a photoshop expert who has experience with underwater photos. Most photos need color correction (removal of blue cast - channel mixing, levels adjustment, hue and saturation correction, and brightness/contrast adjustment), removal of backscatter and providing more natural lighting in the underwater scenes.

In your application, please indicate your rates and how long it would take you to touch up 100 images.
