Converting the files in htl/css + responsive

Hi,

converting the files in htl/css + responsive and Improving an already converted psd into static html5 file. The html file must be responsive (with specifications of width and height joined) and all buttons should be bootstrap buttons (with specifications of width and height joined). The base file is well made and I will provide all files. There will be about three pages to improve. It has no complex design but requires to be RESPONSIVE. Place bids for more details.
