I am in need of a full-time secretary to assist me with various tasks. The ideal candidate would have experience in data entry and be able to manage my calendar and emails efficiently. Some of the tasks that I need assistance with include:
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Managing my calendar and reminding me of important deadlines
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Performing data entry tasks
The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. I am looking for someone who can work Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm EST. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
