Smile Bracelet

My 20 year old daughter and I are looking to create a silicone bracelet that . My daughter has a rare autoimmune disease called Aicardi Goutieres Syndrome, and beginning when she was 6 years old she has suffered strokes, seizures, temporary paralysis, glaucoma which caused blindness in one eye, severe arthritis in her hands, constant pain in her back and limbs, headaches, destruction of blood vessels in her brain that required surgery, lesions all over her body that eventually cleared up with an experimental medication, displacement of fat from her arms to her neck and stomach, and many kidney stones that caused blockage and required numerous surgeries. She has now been diagnosed with stage 1 cancer of the bladder and left kidney, and her left kidney was removed because of complications during the biopsy. Despite all of this, she has an infectious positive attitude and refuses to give in to her daily physical and medical challenges.
She wants to spread hope and inspiration to children in hospitals and let them know that a smile and positive attitude can help them live a life filled with happy and meaningful moments and inspire others to be their best. So she wants to hand out these bracelets to kids in hospitals along with a small stuffed animal to comfort them when things get tough. She may even hand out two bracelets to each child, so the child can give a bracelet to someone else who needs some inspiration. We will also be selling these bracelets online to help fund this project along with donations.
I have attached a document that describes the bracelet we envision.
Of course, we are open to suggestions as to a different way to make the bracelet.
We need a drawing to scale of the bracelet so the factory in China can then manufacture the bracelet.
