Research Report

We have two research reports that need to be project managed.

1- BIM in architecture

2- Architectural Client Feedback

For each of the two reports the following will need to be undertaken to complete the reports:

Research Strategy and Planning

Develop question lists- these are to be modelled from sample reports, with feedback from AIA staff and members

Develop target participant lists

Provide primary or secondary analysis of all research data, which may involve the use of

Drafting the findings report and presentation, and collaborating with stakeholders on design and production. Collaborate with team on key research talking points.

Distribute survey

Create mail chimp/survey monkey template

I would love a sample of a report you have written, but also it would be great to work with someone who knows about architectural practice management and the built environment in general.
