Arena Simulation for Hospital Queuing System

Build and run a simple model in Arena for patients waiting in the hospital to get treatment from the doctor. An M/M/1 Single Queue, Single Server model comes to mind, but you are free to try more complex models, such as those where entities are fed through two or more different processes and servers, where some entities leave the system after initial processing, or where one of the queues implements a priority scheme.

Briefly tell about the key attributes of the system (E.g. What arrival and service distributions did you assume and why? What queuing discipline did you require and why? How many processes and servers did you simulate and why? What performance measures/stats were you interested in and why? Tell us what directions you might consider taking to improve this Arena model or have it more realistically capture the system that you are looking to model.
