iPad Photo slideshow App

I'm seeking an IOS developer to write from scratch in the latest XCode SDK, the following:

An iPad photo app that provides thumbnails, nearly or exactly like the built-in iPad Photo app; however: the scrollview is not to be scrolled up/down, but to allow pages, left and right after X-number of photos on screen. The built-in iPad app has 7 across, 5 rows. Thumbnails must be slightly larger to 5 or 6 across, 4 rows. Toggling left to right can be a toolbar at bottom with left arrow and right arrow.

The app must have a toolbar like the built-in iPad Photo app with no text or label. This top toolbar will display a text logo that is an image in a specific font that the iPad does not have installed. I intend to add an About button to this top toolbar to display a UIModalTransitionStyleCrossDissolve NIB.

The app photo quantity is intended for 75-100 photos; however, you do not need to add these images in or all thumbnails and may leave instructions in the code for me to continue adding. The functionality must exist above, with pages so that after adding the images, the app functions as intended. If there is a way to program the ability for future additions and to scale or allow me to add more photos later into the app, this would be a great function. You may add one temporary image and its thumbnail (or if there is a way to make the thumbnail automatic, great) to the app to help you and write the code as if there were many photographs, I will add the photos later and change the code's image view.

The app must be predominantly black, like the iPad's built-in Photo app.

The app must have the ability to select the photo and view it full screen with the ability to zoom in/out and back, much like the built-in iPad Photo app. The function to spin or rotate is not needed.

The app must have a slideshow function and button that allows fullscreen review of all images, much like the built-in iPad Photo app.

The app must have the following abilities: Save image to your iPad's Photos; Ability to "Save Print Size" which downloads a higher resolution version of the image (the image names will be the same) from an Internet address and saves this to the iPad's Photos. This also must include a function that does 2 things: 1, check for Internet connection as recquired by Apple and inform if not Internet is dedicated, and 2) inform the user after WiFi check, that this process will acquire the high resolution image from the Internet and may take a few moments.

These functions described above can be done when the image is seen full and not during thumbnail review.

The app must also display some text off to the side in a nice balloon style that is intended to describe the photograph and for the ability to hide/show the description text. The app must also have another function and button to show camera specifictions, to show the viewer the camera specs in text. Same as the description with a way to show and hide (toggle).

Lastly, one or more images may have an accompanied video. I'd like to add a button if the image meets a certain image name to unhide the button and function to bring up a video. The video will be imported to the project and not Internet-based. The app must include this code snippet.
