I want a written working step-guide description with examples on how to setup the following solution:

Cluster solution based on FOSS for load with loadbalancing, Tomcat7 clustering, JDK 7, Galera cluster, MariaDB 10.1 with table encryption. The cluster runs in several instance Ubuntu Server 16.04 as VM, and then OSSEC shall monitor the environment.
