We need to create an msg format file without using Outlook, MAPI etc, based purely on the MS-OXMSG .msg file format at [login to view URL]
Specifically, we need to populate To:, From:, Cc:, Subject:, Date:, Subject, Body (in HTML) and add attachments
Please do not suggest any form of interop etc. The project will not be awarded to anyone who does this as it is a waste of time, and shows you have not read this brief properly.
This code will be integrated into another project so must not have any dependencies that have a licence that does not allow this, or which means that a GPL or other licence needs to be appended to our product.
This is simple if you know how, but difficult if you do not, so please please make sure you have the capability to do this before bidding.
