Booking and accounting system
A Simple Booking and accounting system for educational and training institutes in the Arabic language.
The system consists of four main sections:
1- Booking.
2- Accounting.
3- Human resources.
4- Marketing.
Here is a summary of the most important functions of each section:
1- Booking: To create courses, booking trainees in courses and to inquire about the current, next and previous courses.
2- Accounting: Show monthly report of profit and loss, and report of profit and loss for each course. Show cash flow report.
3- Human resources: Show all information relating to coaches, staff and volunteers. Such as the appointments of courses that trainers have and their financial entitlements schedules.
4- Marketing: It contains a simple calculator to calculate the costs of courses and therefore its prices. It gives the user the ability to add promotions to courses such as adding discounts or points.
Important conditions:
1- Easy to use software supported by icons.
2- Can work on both Arabic and English, other language might be required later.
3- Well protected, we will offer it to many local institutes. We retain the rights of distribution and installation, and support after sale services.
4- We have all the required details of the software mechanism, including translation, the programmer should follow the instructions accurately and make appropriate suggestions from the point view of programming and development.
