Application for processing Chaotic time series

I need an application to find automatically embedding dimension and time delay for chaotic time series. This application must also allow computing of gamma-test and extraction of unstable periodic orbits. You must use algorithms from a paper.

I need the full working windows application and all the source codes, compiled codes.

Hi, The paper "Selection of Embedding Dimension and Delay Time in Phase Space Reconstruction" by MA Hong-guang, HAN Chong-zhao, have a description of the automated embedding procedure. Not very long but more precise than in the original paper. This paper also describes the Multiple autocorrelation approach which is an alternative to the Average displacement method, more performant it seems.
