Email Parser

My client needs an app built that can automate the following process:

1) Call Center dialer sends an email to a predefined email address with all details from the call (name, address, call details etc).

2) We need an app built (preferably java) that will accept the email, parse out specific data and a) merge it with a template word doc and send it to a printer or b) insert data into a template and send it to myfax (email – probably just put the fax number from a fax field into the subject area)
