I'm looking after interior designer for my office/teaching space.

It's a 2.0 storey space, and has a large open plan bottoms level. Upstairs is half width and already split into 3 smaller sub spaces. Ceiling downstairs is 16 feet, Upstairs is 8 feet.

Looking for a sketch up of the space, and advice as to how to maximise the space for its intended purpose.

As opposed to sharing photo's, I am looking more at a proven designer with track record of successful projects to win this job.
