I have the following todo list:
- plans that I can use for permit application and construction. I will also like to have the source files.
- item 1 - renovation plan for a front porch
- item 2 - two 4 x 4 extension (with roof) in the back of the house on left and right side of the current extension. This will require the footings and roof to be done according to code.
- also part of item 2 - a deck that will be attached to the house
- item 3 - a sliding door.
I already have a set of plans made, but the two extensions and frame for the sliding door are not done by code (sliding door frame is not ok, footings for extension are not ok, roof is not ok), but is however going to give you the info of what I need done and the dimensions you need.
- I will also provide a set of drawings in CAD format and/or PDF
