Conventional to Geo Thermal HVAC Engineering Plan

We have a small Accounting Firm 2 story office building in the architectural design phase. The architects and mechanical engineers have designed a traditional HVAC system.

We are interested in the engineering and design of a complete geo thermal system to replace the proposed conventional system. Project will require all aspects of the geo thermal plan including the engineering, building plans in .dwg and .pdf format, specific product and equipment specifications, equipment, ductwork, returns, etc. The project includes everything that we will need to provide to a builder and/or hvac contractor for bidding purposes.

We can provide the mechanical engineer's HVAC drawings and conventional equipment listing and some heat load information. Freelancer should anticipate analyzing and or recalculating the heat load information for purposes of this project.

Please provide information supporting MEP, HVAC and or Geo Thermal HVAC Experience. You will need to provide complete drawings, calculations, equipment specifications, etc. (as previoulsy described) ready for local Professional Engineer to review and sign off on for local building permits.
