I am working on an application which is deployed on Azure and has following components:

App service - asp.net core MVC

Azure SQL database

Storage account- file storage for reading images/media.

Want someone to suggest how can I improve this architecture to make sure the system is fault-tolerant/ scalable and cost-optimized.
