Set UP Telephony IVR with Bitrix 24

Hi. I need with a rented number from Bitrix24 to configure:

- An IVR. Something that welcome and give options like: Reservation press 1, Service press 2.

- Transfer calls with rules like: Working hours, number rings without answer.

When a customer pick call there will be a welcome message then two options English Spanish and if English transfer the call to me and of Spanish transfer to the available person and if the person is not available then transfer it to me and if I am not available then ask them to send voice message or text to WhatsApp chat.
