I need somebody that can code an utility of some sort that will parse through html files and retrieve the required content so that certain content can be exported into SQL Server.

I'm flexible as to what technology you use in order to do this - but, for those who are interested I'm attaching a document that goes through all the actual business rules.

I'm also attaching a small sample of the html files that will need to be parsed and inserted into the database.
