help me with Esp32 Rx Tx problem

PLEASE NOTE:- I'm working with ESP32 for the first time, I have 3-4 months experience with Arduino

Story-

I was trying to play an mp3 audio using ESP32 and DFPlayerMini but every time it shows these two errors:-

Unable to begin:

[login to view URL] recheck the connection!

[login to view URL] insert the SD card!

I know only these things about it-

The SD card is inserted and working perfectly with ARDUINO UNO.

The Rx and Tx is causing the problem (I'm using p16 and p17 as Rx and Tx respectively) also, I tried interchanging the Rx and Tx but no luck.

I don't know what is the model of the board as I purchased it from a local store but I know this (I could understand these only) -

ESP WROOM 32

ESP 32S

ESP Dev Module (I uploaded the code with this and the code was uploaded)

The Pins are not like shown in the pinouts available online; For eg - I got to know that P16 and P17 are the Rx2 and Tx2

Please help me with this supposing me to be a dumb newbie :)
