Virtual flipbook animation windows desktop app

Requirment - when input (multiple images) is given to application it will generate an output like following

1. A both hand holding a flipbook and flipping a flipbook

2. In that flipbook every single image of input will be on every page of flipbook.

Unless and untill all images doesn't come to end th flipping should go on.

This all output starting to end of flipping a flipbook should be recorded by providing a record button

Simply need

An desktop app showing A virtual hand virtual flipbook and virtual flipping of images.

With recording that output and making a video file and saving it

Need a simple gui.
