We are looking for a talented motion graphics artist to create a visually stunning and engaging 2D animation for a narrative music clip. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating captivating animations that effectively convey a story and enhance the overall impact of the music.
Mood:
The video shall express the essence of a romantic tragedy (lyrics translation will be provided) in a psychedelic setup, ready to be played in nightclubs.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in 2D animation techniques, including character animation, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Strong storytelling skills to effectively convey the narrative of the music clip through visuals.
- Ability to work within 4 minutes, ensuring that the animation seamlessly aligns with the music.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in 2D animation, with an emphasis on storytelling and visual impact.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as Adobe After Effects or Nuke, Silhouette FX or Mocha, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Understanding of music synchronization and the ability to create animations that complement the rhythm and mood of the music.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and understand their vision for the music clip.
