Original Characters Created for short Indy Animated Film

We need original Cartoon/animated characters created. The characters need to be based on design details that we will provide after a bidder/designer is awarded. A NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) "MUST" be signed and taken seriously by designer. The project will consist of the creation of 7-10 characters created solely on details and ideas/instructions of the employer. We need still drawings in color & black & White(Front/Back/Side Profiles) of each created character (solo), an animated version of each character creation (Solo), We also need a character sheet with of the characters featured on the same page (Color), and a animation of all the characters in varying movements and positions all side by side in the same animation frame. Remember this is an idea for a small budgeted Indy Film Company. All Reasonable and Serious offers and designers will be considered. The Character topic will be discussed later, but it does feature animals with believable human characteristics. Man the best Freelancer win! Blessings.
