Custom UI for Elasticsearch

I require a custom UI to full replace functionality/capabilities of Kibana. Specifically, im looking for dashboard and visualisation features as well as discovery features, search and data retrieval and filtering.
I have no preference for frameworks or specific design layouts yet.
All visualisations should be dynamic - so change as data increments for example.
The data must stay in its native json format, the frontend framework should not rely upon the data needing to be formatted into an RDMS columnar format.
I would like to see both iframes (kibana to frontend) as well as direct charting from the frontend to elasticsearch not relying on iframes.
I have my own ELK cluster with the data set and visualisation im looking to have migrated to the custom UI. The developer may export my dataset and use this to build out an alpha release, however, the beta release should be fully deployed in my own private cloud environment so the developer should provide installation instructions for the front end to be deployed. Access will be granted to the private cloud to the developers for further enhancements.
If the developers could give an indication of timeframe and costs on a per milestone bases something similar to the below this would be helpful for budgeting and planning of expected features:-
Milestone1 - Custom UI frontend installation with alpha release of migrated Iframes from kibana charts to UI using customers dataset.
Milestone2 - Deployment of milestone-1 alpha to customers private cloud.
Milestone3 - Custom UI frontend installation with alpha release of custom charts (D3 or similar) using customers dataset.
Milestone4 - Deployment of milestone--3 alpha to customers private cloud.
Milestone5 - Custom UI discovery features providing data search, results and inline filtering capabilities of customers dataset
Milestone6- Deployment of milestone-5 to customer private cloud
Milestone7 - Graphic enhancements
Further, if the developer has experience of mockup i would like to add another milestone for this.
