Mobile App or PWR for supermarket price comparison

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a mobile app or PWR (Progressive Web App) for a supermarket price comparison. The app should be developed for both iOS and Android platforms.

Features:

For the creation of a tool that will be used on smart phones, I am looking for a partner to help me:

a) Create a simple mockup of my application

b) Create a simple MVP

c) Help me publish everything on a server, linked to my [login to view URL] domain registered on namecheap

Phases a) b) c) can also be carried out by different collaborators, therefore not necessarily by a single interlocutor
