Make Ads, LeaderBoard, Coins Functional for 2d Game in Unity

You're required to make LeaderBoard Functional.

Put the Banner, Interstitial Ads & Video Ads at the place in the game where i wanted them. The code of ads already generated and can be provided to you on your request.

Make the Game Continue via Revive, otherwise, it'll over the game and user have to restart it. Rest of the UI is ok, no change required.

Will discuss these sections with the developer.
