I'm in need of an experienced Android Capacitor Hybrid developer to undertake a relatively straight forward task on an Android-only app. This involves the alteration of the status bar color and the ability to download files within the app.

Core requirements:

- Expertise in Android Capacitor Hybrid development

- Proven experience in customizing app user interface especially status bars and colors

- Ability to implement download functionality within the app

I am also looking for someone who can accomplish the following:

- Works well within tight deadlines

- Can accurately translate specified color to the status bar change.
