Professional Opinion letter completed by a Lawyer or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Hi there, I'm looking for a Lawyer or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) based in UK , to complete a Professional opinion letter for my godaddy EV SSL. Company is registered in UK under my name , I got company documents and everything related to it. Godaddy MUST verify the lawyer or CPA's license and contact them to confirm the letter's authenticity. The letter does not have to be on letterhead, but it is very important that they fill out the contact information section at the bottom of the letter, or include a copy of a business card. Please have them list the main contact information that would be listed on their letterhead. If we are not able to validate any contact information for them, we will not be able to accept the letter. The letter may be signed in the firm's name, however, we will need the name of the person who authored the letter to be printed as well.
