modify a linux debian image to use my own boot image and remove boot messages

i need an expert in linux that can take the bananian image debian and modify it so that when powered on i will only see my logo throughout the whole boot process.

i also would want the penguin logos replaced or removed from the top left of the uboot screen.

and all boot messages silenced.

and most importantly i need all this wrote down with step by step instructions so i can do it myself in the future :)
