Looking for someone to create an updated version of a 3d uniform tailoring program. I do not have the source code as the original creator is not willing to share it, but the Star Wars club where this is used, needs an update badly.

The program basically puts a uniform together based on parameters the user defines, then sends the information over to a third-party software called POV-Ray, for rendering. The program and screenshots of the end result are attached to this project.
