Logo & Header for Existing Website

Need a very attractive and high quality logo and header for the home page and a similar but slightly different version of the header for the Forum section of existing website. The website is related to mental health, psychology, and psychiatry. Will provide several images and logo samples to help with the creative process. The designer will need to work closely with me and communicate often during the process so that I can get in my input and feedback. The work likely will entail some use of flash and the project will be accepted only when I am satisfied with the end product.
