For 18 years I developed and produced (as I had a factory) agricultural implements. I won the Best of the Earth award given by Gerdau four times for the best products of the year. When I turned 40 I decided to sell the factory and dedicate myself solely to product design. During the last 23 years I have designed products for several companies in different areas such as: Automotive, Transport equipment, furniture, Effluent treatment, waste recycling, Urban waste packaging, Bulk product movement, and others. When AutoDesk launched Inventor in Brazil, I created the first training manuals and taught classes for those interested. When I develop an Engineering project, I use all of Inventor's features to ensure that the final project meets all of the client's needsProject phases: Modeling a functional 3D prototype for testing, analysis and approval by the client of the basic project Structural tests through finite element analysis to guarantee the strength and durability of the product. Detailed 3D modeling of each individual component with the insertion of all characteristics including code, nomenclature, materials and other information into the model. Assembly of sets in a functional way that can be repeated in the manufacture of the product Functionality and interference tests Detailing of each part in 2D based on the original model. Any changes to the original model are reflected in the 2D drawing. Generation of drawings for CAD CAM, laser cutting, etc. Planning of parts that will be bent or stamped. Placement in the 2D drawing of all the information necessary for manufacturing the products, in addition to welding details and machining tolerances. Detailing each phase of assembly through a detailed drawing with a functional product structure Providing a complete list of materials for purchase. Other information necessary for manufacturing Provision of operation and maintenance manual.
