While need & a healthy curiosity have equipped me with a broad skill set in the greater HR & Communication fields, seven of my favourite types of projects though include 1. designing learning & development programs and experiences: We learn when we live & work, not in training rooms. The goal of my designs is to facilitate the real actual learning, by mixing the right methods that fit technology available to the target population and adding a secret sauce based on fun, aha moments & sharing. 2. designing competency models for jobs and organisations What do people need to know and be able to do to be successful in a specific job? What do performers have in common in an organisation? I help organisations uncover answers to these questions and pick the few distinctive things they need to search for and measure when it comes to people behavioural and technical competencies. 3. assessment & development centre exercises & experiences Interviews fail, hence the need for assessments. There are a lot of tools out there, doing a good job with such assessments. When it comes to key leadership roles (particularly in leadership and sales), how you design the experience, and the actual exposure to people instead of machines makes all the difference. This is what I love to design from scratch - customized experience that ensure the best choice of people for such roles. 4. design of key people-related processes: performance management systems, career paths & ladders, sustainable talent building systems, recruitment & selection. As a sparring partner for internal HR teams or as end-to-end designer, the mix of analytical & strategic skills with solid capability to differentiate myths from scientific data makes the difference when I join such projects. 5. mapping, designing & optimizing operational processes This is something I love to do because it rhymes with my strong drive for efficiency; flow-charting skills blend with business acumen and the ability to talk with your experts to download their collective wisdom in order to drive your business to the next level 6. implementing Leadership and B2B Sales development programs There is simply no business in the absence of sales and leadership. As a manager, business owner and professional L&D expert, I believe that each incremental up-skilling (not to mention transformational approaches) in these areas have an instant ROI - and I made it my passion to be able to do it, in any environment where leaders and sales people are motivated to be better at their jobs. 7. executive coaching As a top manager and executive coach I know a thing or two about the "loneliness at the top", the doubt moment where a leader needs to consult with someone, the "impostor syndrom" that the best of leaders have to go through and the value of a coach standing by your side in the midst of all these mindre
