Tribe Living, is a property development company based in the UK on a journey to change the way people live together by using existing spaces; often run down, dilapidated buildings and creatively carving out new opportunities for living. We are bringing community back into our projects. Co-living is growing in popularity and we believe it is just the beginning. Our customer profile is student living and professionals.

Design is at the heart of the homes that we create. Our properties average around 6 customers per home, each with their own private space but also communal space for socialising.

I am looking to create a logo that encompasses; togetherness, belonging, connectivity, people, social, home.

This logo will be used on our website, stationary and also in our homes so that when people step into a tribe.living property they instantly recognise the branding and know that they are coming into a family where they will be treated like customers and not tenants.

I am looking for a strong visual logo that can stand alone or together with "tribe.living"
2 to 3 colours max
A simple strong design is more appealing than an intricate and complex one
It should be clean and current
