I am looking for a design that has the state of NY and a messy bun graphic. I would like the sunglasses and the scarf on the hair to have a design that represents NY. (colors, New York flag, statue of liberty, etc.) I have other states that I would like to do and will use this contest to hire the designer for the other states. You're free to design CA, FL and TX. This will help me decide who I choose to design several states of the USA. See attached file as a guide. Thanks,
