Tianjin Talents is a Chinese trading company that focus on importing/exporting merchandise from/to a wide range of markets that covers basically all five continents. For details please visit http://www.tjtalents.cn
Attached is an old version of company logo, as you can see it is not professional at all.
Tianjin Talents wants to find talented and skillful candidate to design/redesign its logo.
Guidance and requirements:
1- The background should be removed, and we want the final file format to be png without any background color.
2- The old logo looks over complicated, we want the new design to be simple, unique, and creative that reflects the company's name Talents.
3- We need the logo to be delivered in different sizes for a variety of usages (webpage, app icon, email profile, business card printing)
4- We sort of like the "red bird in shape of T" in the old logo, but it needs to be redesigned to make it looks simpler and more professional.
5- The globe could be removed or replaced by something simpler that symbolize a "globe".
6- It is not mandatory to include the company name. However we highly encourage candidates to provide two versions, one with company name and another without for us to make a final decision.

Above design ideas are just some of our primary thoughts, we are not designers and we are totally open to new creative ideas that reflect company's spirit ->TALENTS.

Thank you for your entries, we see a lot of interesting designs. It should to be noted that the company wants to emphasize the word TALENTS rather than TIANJIN. Tianjin is the city name, Talents is the core concept of company's name.
