The Picture will be used to represent the progress/maturity of our "innovation team" and "innovation" type work at our company.

It will be a road that develops and gets better over the distance.
Starts as a dirt road
Turns into a gravel road
Turns into a Black top (asphalt) road
Turns into a nice cement road
Turns into a really nice elevated Highway road
Turns into a futuristic road with flying cars (think Jetson's carton, or Blade Runner Movie)

Along that road will be Signs/Billboards that will be used to put text on them describing the part (I will add the text to the signs after the project) But the project should also create signs that have a similar level of improvement as the road does along the way

Lastly, it should look corporate professional... A little less "cartoon" then the provided example. using the shades of Yellow and red that are on the example is preferable when fitting with your design idea.

The winner will be judged on:
The look of the Road and Transitions between the road types
The look of the signs/billboards and how they match the road area
