  This is for a college student web platform. Our audience is 18-24 years old college students.We want to keep the original 3D plastic action figure texture shared in the original picture intact. Do NOT need a 2D cartoon character. We want a realistic looking digital painting job. Please notice the facial definitions, eyes, eyebrows, nose depth, goat beard (under chin) and eye glasses presence. The feet in the original picture is a rope, we want that to be transformed to a more defined feet like the goat's arms with its shoes kept on. We expect the goat portray "Gender-neutral", "Hipster" , "Happy" and "Authoritarian" looks.
