Konkurrence Instruktioner

I have attached the vector logo of this design.
It has a lot of disrtress going on but I want it to be solid BLACK and WHITE so that I can cut it out in my vinyl cutter to make a t-shirt.

the problem Im having is that the cutter cannot try to cut all those distressed holes! so I need someone to remove them and make the entire image SOLID
