Konkurrence Instruktioner

Hi.. We are building an eight story building in which I will be owning 2 apartment which will be in duplex model. Hereby attached the design given by the architect for my apartment. So I am inviting ideas of different architects to redesign it. My conditions are as below

First Floor (Seventh Floor)
1) The place of the kitchen and the front door cannot be changed while the kitchen size can be increased to make it an island kitchen.
2) Pooja room can be discarded
3) Toilet width can be increased
4) Living room could be better arranged and occupy a French window for better view
5) You are free to move 1 bedroom to the next floor and make the master bedroom more comfortable if required
6) Stairs can be moved according to your convenience and design requirement
7) Servant or maid room is necessary with separate toilet.

2nd Floor (Eighth Floor)
1) Gym can be discarded
2) You can make 3 comfortable bedrooms and one study room if possible
3) Toilet sizes can be slightly increased
4) Home theatre is not necessary but if you can arrange a study or office room, its comfortable

Note: I wish to get a full size wall wardrobes in all the bedrooms if possible. (If the 2 sided windows makes it difficult, then you can reduce the length of the wardrobes to a comfortable length)

Apart from the design attached, you are always free to make an excellent new design. Tell the same in the chat.

Note: You cannot change both the stair cases and the lift along with the 180 cm wide passage

    Guys.. What do you think about using the 8th floor as the floor we use and the 7th floor as duplex? Just the other way around?

    Guys.. I liked the concept of walk in closet wardrobes inside the bedroom. Its more of luxury. If you can accommodate, that would be great.

    Dear contest holder, this is an interesting contest, however I would like to ask, can the size or place of the balcony be changed? And would you prefer open plan for the living dining and pantry or just similar kind of layout for these 3 rooms?

      You can make any changes or bring a complete new plan provided the kitchen and the main entry door shouldn't be changed.
