We are in need of a new website design, but have been far to busy on our end to sit down and design it. Our current website is www.AutoCorner.com and needs to be redesigned with a more modern look (see suggestion URLs below). We are a provider of inventory management systems for used car dealerships and our targeted market are small/family owed used car dealers.

We are looking for a simple, yet eye catching design that can quickly get our service features across to customers. The final design will be required to be written in clean HTML (no PHP please). It is also very important that the designer keeps page speed load time in mind as I do not want a bloated website that takes forever to load. You may use JQuery if you prefer, but it is very important that I DO NOT want dozens of page includes. This does nothing but slow down the page speed. Please use Google's Page Speed to check your design: http://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/

Suggested designs that I like:

Pages that will need to be designed:
* Homepage
- Somewhere on the top of the page include a spot for a video which we are currently getting produced. Just below the video should be a link to "read more" which uses javascript to scroll the page down to focus on a handful of features of the system
- Main key features to talk about on homepage (we will provide actual sales text copy, but please label each section and apply appropriate photo/clipart/etc: Speed is King (talks about how fast our system is and page load times), Mobile Responsive Designs (works well on mobile devices), Advanced SEO, Overlay Tool, Spinimation (3D views around vehicles)

* Features Page
- This will be an expanded view of the content from homepage features list.

* Website Designs Page
- Page with a sliding photo gallery showing our website designs. Take a look at the current page, it is far to cluttered and is hard for the user to see all of our design options. Show me what you can come up with for this page. This must be easily expandable to include new designs as we create them, so please keep that in mind when designing the HTML/javascript that it must be easily expandable.

* Contact Sales
- Simple contact form (we can handle all the server side processing, just use a simple HTML form submit)

* Contact Tech Support
- (this will only be a link to our tech support system, no page design needed, but will be included in the menu bar)

Should you have any questions please let me know. Also I have original PSD files for logos if needed.

Finally when completed I will need the fully completed HTML, JS, images, and original PSD files please.

**UPDATE**
I do not wish to be rude, but if your intention is to just go to a website like BoxedArt and grab a pre-made website for car dealers, do not waste your time. We are not a used car dealership, we provide website for car dealers. The design you provide us should be tailored around what we do.

Could you please give more details about Homepage? e.g. would you like some functions on " spot for a video"? etc.

  Basically in your design just place a random YouTube video in the 'video spot' as a placeholder. Once we have our video completed we will replace it with the correct YouTube link.

Hello Steven, According to your description and the contest details, you have mentioned no .PHP and you asked for a clean .HTML website. So I assume you are looking for a fully static html design. Correct me if I am wrong please. Also, by looking at your website and the suggested designs urls you have provided, they are totally different than your support page! http://www.autocornerhelp.com/index.php

Question, what is the desired colours and/or theme colours for your project? Shall I go with the suggested urls? or with your Support Page?. Also please verify what do you want to do about your support page, shall it be redesigned as well? I saw you have mentioned no need and it will be linked to the menu only. So please confirm the colours and not the layout, I guess I already know what are you looking for. Regards

  Yes you are correct this will be static HTML without any server side coding required on your end. We can very easily handle any server side coding that may be required (such as the contact form, etc).
  
  The Support Page is going to be another project and we will be completely replacing it with another help desk system. At the moment you can just link over to the support page, but do not worry about the clashing in designs.
  
  The colors I would prefer would incorporate the blues in our logo with a simple design similar to the quickbooks URLs provided.
