I require a promotional video to be made for a new project we are embarking on.

The video needs to fit within the instagram video post guidelines with regards to playing time. It should fit in 1 post and not need to be split for multiple posts.
It should consist of an animated version of our logo as well as the following details .

In an uncertain future Brookestone Capital is offering you the unique opportunity of a lifetime.
We are allowing ordinary Individuals the opportunity to own their share of a multi-million rand company from as little as R100.
Brookestone Capital will be issuing 1 000 000 debenture shares at a cost of just R100 each.
Shares will be redeemable after just 12 months including a fixed profit of 24%.
