Hi!

I need 3000 recipes from the internet entered into an excel spreadsheet - 1000 very healthy recipes, 1000 that are vegetarian recipes and 1000 that are both gluten & dairy free.

* Step 1: Get ideas for healthy gym recipes online (or vegetarian recipes, or gluten/dairy free recipes). It will make your job easier to find websites who list the nutritional information of the recipe. Example websites: http://www.muscleandfitness.com/nutrition/healthy-recipes http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/collections/nutrition+information

* Step 2: Enter recipe data into the columns provided (see attached excel spreadsheet), with each recipe in a new tab. Give each tab a number from 1-1000. All recipes in separate worksheets - one workbook for the healthy recipes, one workbook for vegetarian, one workbook for gluten/dairy free.

Hi Amy, I've started work and would like your help clarifying this for me: I've copied data of this recipe http://www.muscleandfitness.com/nutrition/healthy-recipes/food-month-spaghetti-squash and there is no preparation time stated. Shall I just put an approximate time in? I checked the link of the recipe you've posted and noticed preparation time is not stated there either, so I expect this will happen on regular basis. Thank you once again for your help!

Hi, I would appreciate if you can help me out as I'm not sure I understand exactly. I've taken the first recipe with salmon and sweet potato (http://www.muscleandfitness.com/nutrition/healthy-recipes/15-minute-feast-cumin-roasted-salmon-and-sweet-potato) as example. Done a new spreadsheet, copied data as requested, but what I'm having a problem with is getting in done right in the given sheet FoodEntry - I can only put salmon in, but not potatoes. The calories, protein, ... are based on both ingredients, so even changing the portion doesn't get me to the desired goal you've set. Can you help me out with this?
