I need an advertisement designed for a local newspaper in Toronto, Canada.

Do Not Post Until Ensuring Your Entry Meet These Requirements:
1. Size = 3.228" x 3.375"
2. Must include my logo
3. Must include: "Main Office: 1969 Weston Road"
4. Must include a list of other areas that I serve: Barrie | Brampton | Burlington | Downtown | Etobicoke | Markham | Mississauga | North York | Scarborough | Whitby
5. Must include my slogan and website: "Debt Relief When You Can't Repay, SteveWelker.ca" - This matches my radio jingle which is attached. "Debt Relief" can be emphasized.
6. Must include my telephone number 647-793-6411, may say "Free Advice or Free Consultations"
7. Must include: Can you repay your debt on your own? If not, our services:
a) Stop: Collection Calls, Interest, Lawsuits & Garnishments
b) Reduce Your Debt & Stress
c) Consolidate Your Debt
d) Don't Require Money Up-Front
e) Bankruptcy Is Always The Last Resort
8. My photo is optional if you think it benefits the design. If including my photo, identify me as "Steve Welker, CPA, CA, CIRP, Licensed Insolvency Trustee"

I've just uploaded my OLD horizontal logo. It is for illustration purposes only, but you may consider using a horizontal version of my new logo, which you would have to create. The new logo references "STEVE WELKER AND COMPANY", not just "WELKER AND COMPANY", and we are now "LICENSED INSOLVENCY TRUSTEES" and not "TRUSTEES IN BANKRUPTCY". Hey CH, for newspaper or for magazine???
Can you provide link to it so we can see what they have there. In case of a magazine we can use much more design, but for newspaper with low quality on color it's quite another case.
