Konkurrence Instruktioner

While saving (re-overlaying) the foreground microphone, overlay about 12 seconds of video passages of my moving lips onto my existing 2.6-minute video creation, aiming for perfect lip-syncing via my own smartphone takings.
Requirements:
- Skill with video editing
- Ability to overlay passages onto my existing footage
- Ability to restore the appearance of a foreground microphone lastly.
The final result should look as if my lips were those of the character singing the lyrics.
(This video has no commercial intent; it is only a political opinion work. Use my currently available video Tinyurl.com/DeepStateGate3.) Allow no audio from my camera passages to get into the finished video. They have enough sound to let you be certain where they match the original words, and shorter instances of the lead singer are to be left as they already are.

“I've had trouble getting my handover files to download. The one mp4 video I needed to study the most didn't prove to be playable. Remedy is pending, I trust; and I wonder if my finishing the feedback is required BEFORE the download is allowed its full delivery.
