I'm looking for a talented interior designer who can help me remodel my 48m2 apartment in a modern style. The project involves redesigning the entire apartment.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in modern interior design
- A portfolio that showcases your creative flair and style
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to combine aesthetics with functionality
- Knowledge how to work effectively and creatively with small spaces
- Knowledge of trends and modern approach

Russian language would be a good advantage.

What I actually need. The apartment is diveded by two zones. When you enter its staff zone (changing room+bathroom) (for the restaurant we have under the flat). Then we place a door that brings us to my private area. Bathroom, Office\Bedroom, Kitchen (as you can see on the plan). The thing about office\bedroom - it has to be office at first, with normal table and PC, couch+cofeetable. The bed i want to hide in the wardrobe, so it "falls down" when i need, dont distract and dont waste the space..

Same for kitchen. I want to use all modern saving space solutions. Like a table, when not used looks like a little bar\shelf whatever, when needed for few people unfolds to a larger one

Dont stick literally to these links, they are just as example for you to get the direction I want it all to be done. The main idea is to create a very functional space, implementing all modern technics and solutions. So everything has to be space saving and smartly implemented.

    Hello, I like this contest proposal. I have various doubts. The plans show that there are 2 bathrooms in a very limited space, is it possible to modify those spaces?
