Logo variation - Bring some class to the base design

I'm after some good classy variation to my base logo design which I recently got it done on Freelancer.

Attached Vector Editable file for a logo that I have copy right ownership.

Dimensions and font of OVI – Should remain same. Colors can be changed.

I would like to see a variation of the logo based on the following:

Have the words OVI inside a square. The color of square can be anything. Although I would like to see it in variations of red, green and blue. But any other unique color may also be acceptable.

Another variation could be to have a Roof i.e the inverted “V” on top of the square. You can experiment with variety of roofs….although I want to see th “V” in OVI, being used on top of the square but inverted.

The words “Homes” can also be placed creatively either inside the square of outside. The rectangle around “Homes” is not prerequisite.

The idea is the words “HOMES” could be later on substituted for some other business.

Once the design is accepted. I would need the usual files;

Vector editable file
Logo Variations
Logo Transparency
High Resolution File
Font Used
3D mock up
Brand Identify

In addition, I need the following:
Business card (Front & Back) Editable on word with my details.
Letter head (in Word)
Facebook banner
Flyer
Power point (optional…but will not insist on it)

The letter head, flyer and banner should use color combination from the accepted design.
