The name of the project is FRONEMOS.

It's a learning platform (think Udemy) but more focused on college professors creating supplementary classes for students. We will tag the teachers based on their methods of teaching and based on a quiz to the students recommend to them the teacher we think matches the most with their style of learning. The idea is to make the best possible match so that the student can learn as much and as easily as possible.
It will also include some collaborative elements and gamification elements to incentivize the students to actually use the platform and learn. Anyone that wants to create a course can do it but it will be focused on teachers at least to start, so we can validate their qualifications.

The name fronemos comes from the Greek "φρόνιμος" which can be used to describe someone with practical knowledge. The logo may have something to do with that. Also, the first letter of that word, φ, is used to represent the golden ratio and other things. I would like to have a meaning behind whatever logo we choose.

lastly, the project is based on the Dominican Republic, not that the logo has to have any reference to the country... just sharing information that may be useful.

El proyecto se llama FRONEMOS.

Es una plataforma de aprendizaje (piense en Udemy), pero más centrada en que los profesores universitarios creen clases complementarias para los estudiantes. Etiquetaremos a los profesores según sus métodos de enseñanza y, en base a un cuestionario, les recomendaremos a los estudiantes el profesor que creemos que se adapta mejor a su estilo de aprendizaje. La idea es hacer la mejor combinación posible para que el alumno pueda aprender tanto y tan fácilmente como sea posible.
También incluirá algunos elementos colaborativos y elementos de gamificación para animar a los estudiantes a utilizar la plataforma y aprender. Cualquiera que quiera crear un curso puede hacerlo pero estará enfocado a los profesores al menos al principio, para que podamos validar sus calificaciones como educadores.

El nombre sera Fronemos proviene del griego "φρόνιμος", que puede usarse para describir a alguien con conocimientos prácticos. El logo puede tener algo que ver con eso. Además, la primera letra de esa palabra, φ, se usa para representar la proporción áurea y otras cosas. Me gustaría tener un significado detrás de cualquier logotipo que elijamos.

Por último, el proyecto está basado en República Dominicana, no es que el logo tenga que tener alguna referencia al país... solo compartir información que pueda ser útil.
